DIDN'T I ALREADY ORDER MY ITEMS FROM THE DREAMFUND CAMPAIGN?
First off, thank you for your support! With the help from the community, we were able to raise a large amount but because we didn't meet our goal amount (40k), we didn't receive any of the pledged funds, and therefore all pledges were forfeited. If you did make a pledge you were never charged. We opened this shop to be able to offer you the items from the campaign which in turn will help us continue our renovation as we wait for our bank funding.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS AND NOT PAY SHIPPING?
Yes, you can pick up yours items at the building. Just get in contact via email or Facebook message and we will be glad to meet and deliver your items. At that time, your shipping charges will be refunded with cash as the site does not give a "pick up" option when checking out.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS ONCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?
**Orders are prepared and shipped only once a week.
Your orders will be shipped to you as soon as we are able. We appreciate your patience!
The first shipment will be shipped by January 1, 2014 but we will likely be shipping well before that date. After the first shipment, orders can be expected to be shipped every Wednesday. Please allow the necessary time allotted for delivery before inquiring about your purchase (3-5 days)
CAN I GET A SHIRT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?
Right now, the colors we have shown are what we have available. If we add other colors, we will have them listed separately. If you would like another color, please contact us and let us know!
CAN I PAY BY CASH OR CHECK?
If you would like to place an order and would prefer to pay by cash or check, just contact us. We'll be more than happy to take an order that uses either method. We can then set-up a meet time at our building to deliver the order while picking up the payment.
WHEN WILL YOU HOLD THE PRE-OPENING PARTY AND THE SOFT OPENING?
At this time, we are not yet sure. With the renovation, we hope to be open sometime mid-next year but with the amount of renovation left, we don't yet want to announce a date. However, we will be in contact and will let everyone know at least 2 months in advance of any such party/opening. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail.
HOW DOES ORDERING A SHIRT, GROWLER, OR MEMBERSHIP HELP YOU OUT?
We are 2-3 months out from our actual bank funding. Until that time, we want to continue to move forward with the renovation, effectively moving up our opening date. Each order helps fund what we're currently doing until our financing comes through.
